Who We Are
MUKASA is an intimate and bespoke agency specialising in rentals, sales and villa management on the mediterranean island of Ibiza.
Our passionate co-founders saw a gap in the market for high quality real estate solutions on the island, and our selection of properties has been put together during the more than 20 years that we have been living and working in Ibiza. We know the area, the houses, and the owners personally. Our properties are all hand-picked, with only a select few having made it into our portfolio of designer homes.
We are committed to respecting our client’s privacy and act with due discretion at all times, which means we also have access to a number of exclusive villas which are not displayed online. Meet the Team
Skye Kirk
Founder & Operations Director, Mukasa Management S.L
With over 10 years of experience in Ibiza's real estate market, Skye seamlessly combines her deep professional expertise with her personal connection to the island, having grown up between Ibiza and the UK - a true Ibicenca at heart.
Skye holds a degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Bristol. She began her career in London as part of Coutts' graduate programme, where she gained valuable insights into the wealth management and high-net-worth client services.
Her passion for Real Estate led her to embark on a property career in 2011. Skye initially managed residential properties before founding her own successful sales and rental agency in Ibiza.
Since then, Skye has expanded her expertise by completing a Diploma in Interior Design at the University of Nottingham and an API Real Estate certification.
Arend Staats
Founder & Managing Director, Mukasa Management S.L
Armed with an Economics and Marketing degree, Arend was a business partner at L'Oreal for 5 years where he gained vast experience in sales and mastered the art of negotiation.
As Managing Director of Mukasa, Arend takes pride in delivering an exceptional service to our clients and villa owners. He also happens to be MUKASA's people person; extremely social and always friendly. He is fluent in English and Dutch and an all-round island expert.
When he's not working his sales magic, you're likely to catch Arend with a board under his arm, wakeboarding or gliding down snowy mountaintops.
